    Stayed in outstanding executive king room with a superb view of the med. Essentials that you need, such as coffee and tea making equipment, a writing desk, and iron and ironing board, were there.

    The hotel offers great views and a comfortable stay, although the staff can be slow and rude at times. I encountered some issues during check-in and the air conditioning control was frustrating. It's a nice place, but improvements are definitely needed in service.

    Dated hotel but well run with pleasant rooms.

    Food at breakfast was average and in the kosher poolside bar the food is terrible. We had lunch there, a burger and chicken salad, this was by far the worst meal I had in 10 days at Tel Aviv

    A poolside moment to cherish

    The poolside service by Avi and Itzik lifted our spirits. The food was fantastic, and the beach access was just steps away.

    The front desk staff was less than helpful was great. Our first impression was marred by their lack of friendliness.

    Location

    Bedrooms good size but need refurbishing. Staff can be abrupt. Breakfast good choice but have stayed in 4 star hotel which was far better. Not good value for money.
